CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to Dimaker, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," to process my personal data on the following terms:

1. List of Personal Data to be Processed:
Within the scope of this consent, the following data are subject to processing: last name, first name, email address, IP address, cookies, information about the device's browser and operating system, and user activity data (log files).

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

• Registering and identifying the User on the Dimaker service;
• Providing access to the Service's functionality and fulfilling obligations under the User Agreement;
• Providing customer and technical support;
• Sending notifications related to the Service's operation (transactional emails, account status notifications);
• Conducting statistical research and analyzing the Service's performance (using analytics software).

3. List of Actions with Personal Data:
The Operator is entitled to perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the Operator's partners (including hosting providers and analytics services) to the extent necessary for the Service to function, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automated tools.

4. Term of Validity and Withdrawal Procedure:
This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written request to the Operator at the following email address: v@dimaker.online.
