APPENDIX NO. 1

to the Licensing Agreement for the Provision of the Right to Use the Dimaker Software

Option Prices

This Appendix No. 1 is an integral part of the Licensing Agreement for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

1. General Pricing Terms

1.1. All prices are in RUB.
1.2. Prices do not include VAT (VAT exempt), unless otherwise specified in a specific invoice from the Licensor.
1.3. Payment is made on a 100% prepayment basis against the Licensor's invoice.
1.4. The final cost of a specific delivery (license/Option) is fixed in the invoice. In case of any discrepancy between this Appendix and the invoice, the invoice shall prevail regarding the price, term, and item name.
1.5. The Licensor has the right to change prices by publishing a new version of this Appendix. The new version does not apply to already paid periods.
1.6. Team options provide access to all members of the Licensee's team for the paid period (without limiting the number of members from a single organization). The current list of Options and terms is also published on the Pricing page.

2. No Logo Option

The right to create Final documents without the Service's watermark (logo):

  • 2.1. No Logo — one template for 12 months (for one user) — 249 RUB.
  • 2.2. No Logo — all templates for 3 months: for one user — 1 047 RUB, for a team — 1 797 RUB.
  • 2.3. No Logo — all templates for 6 months: for one user — 1 914 RUB, for a team — 3 294 RUB.
  • 2.4. No Logo — all templates for 9 months: for one user — 2 691 RUB, for a team — 4 491 RUB.
  • 2.5. No Logo — all templates for 12 months: for one user — 3 348 RUB, for a team — 5 388 RUB.

3. PRO Option

Access to the Service's advanced functionality (bulk creation, images and custom materials, extended storage, AI tools, Studio/Media Library, and other features of the current PRO version):

  • 3.1. PRO for 3 months: for one user — 1 497 RUB, for a team — 2 097 RUB.
  • 3.2. PRO for 6 months: for one user — 2 694 RUB, for a team — 3 894 RUB.
  • 3.3. PRO for 9 months: for one user — 3 771 RUB, for a team — 5 391 RUB.
  • 3.4. PRO for 12 months: for one user — 4 788 RUB, for a team — 6 588 RUB.

4. Combo Option

Combines No Logo (all templates) and PRO:

  • 4.1. Combo for 3 months: for one user — 1 947 RUB, for a team — 2 697 RUB.
  • 4.2. Combo for 6 months: for one user — 3 594 RUB, for a team — 4 794 RUB.
  • 4.3. Combo for 9 months: for one user — 4 941 RUB, for a team — 6 741 RUB.
  • 4.4. Combo for 12 months: for one user — 5 988 RUB, for a team — 8 388 RUB.

5. Combo for Schools Option

A special offer for educational institutions: all No Logo templates and PRO for a team of organization employees for the duration of the academic year (until June 15):

  • 5.1. Combo for Schools — payment for the academic year (until June 15) — 3 591 RUB.

6. Notes

6.1. The description of the Options' functionality is for informational purposes; the actual set of features is determined by the Service interface on the date of provision.
6.2. Any unused volume during the paid period (uncreated documents, etc.) is not carried over and is not compensated, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the invoice.
6.3. Detailed terms of licensing, limitations, refunds, and liability are set out in the Licensing Agreement and the Terms of Service.
