AI Assistant
The AI Assistant writes texts for award certificates, letters of appreciation, diplomas, and certificates. It sees what is already written on the page and can compose text from scratch or rewrite existing content.
How to request text
- Open Tools → AI Assistant. A chat panel will appear on the right.
- Describe the task in your own words or select an example prompt.
- The assistant will provide a text option. If you need to change something, just type: "make it shorter", "more formal", "add the award date".
- Once you are satisfied with the text, click Use — it will replace the text on the page. The block's formatting will be preserved.

Example prompts
- "Write text for an award certificate for the best employee of the month, John Smith."
- "Come up with a letter of appreciation to parents for their active participation in class life."
- "Rewrite this text in a more formal style."
The more detailed the prompt — who, to whom, for what, on whose behalf — the more accurate the result. The chat history is saved in the document, so you can return to it later.
What the assistant doesn't do
The assistant only writes text. It does not change fonts, colors, or backgrounds, nor does it move blocks or add pages — you do this manually in the editor. The text is added to the page only when you click "Use".
Message limit
Without the PRO option, the number of messages is limited: a guest has 5, and a registered user has 20. Requests for spell check are also counted. The remaining amount is visible at the bottom of the panel. With the PRO or Combo option, there are no limits. Learn more in the AI Assistant limit article.
Troubleshooting
- "The text on the page is currently being edited by another user" — wait for your colleague to finish, and click "Use" again.
- "Could not find a text area on the page" — there is no main text block on the page. Add one: Insert → Text block.
- Error response — repeat the prompt or phrase it differently.
