Document sheets
A single document can contain multiple sheets: for example, awards for the entire class or the front and back of a diploma. Each sheet has its own template, size, and content.
Where to manage sheets
At the bottom of the editor is the sheets panel. It contains:
- the "Add page" button — creates a new blank sheet;
- the "List of all pages" button — shows all sheets, including hidden ones, and allows you to quickly switch between them;
- sheet tabs — click to go to a specific sheet.
The same actions are available in the top "Sheet" menu.

Sheet actions
Open the menu on the sheet tab:
- Rename — give the sheet a meaningful name, for example, "Smith";
- Duplicate — a copy of the sheet with all its content will appear next to it. This is useful when you need similar documents;
- Hide — the sheet will remain in the document but will be grayed out in the list, and users with view-only access will not be able to navigate to it. Clicking it again restores the sheet;
- Move left and Move right — change the order of the sheets;
- Delete — after confirmation. This action cannot be undone.
Many identical sheets
If you need 30 awards with different names, do not duplicate the sheet 30 times. Use the create from list feature.
Troubleshooting
- "Cannot delete the last visible page" — the document must contain at least one visible sheet. First, restore a hidden sheet or add a new one.
- The sheet disappeared — it might be hidden. Open the "List of all pages": hidden sheets appear grayed out there.
- "Write the organization name on the sheet..." — for team options, the sheet must include the name of your organization. Learn more in the Free and paid article.
