PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that Dimaker, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator," may obtain about a User while they use the "Dimaker" online service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
Use of the Service constitutes the User's unconditional acceptance of this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified herein. If the User does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with this policy.
1.2. Within the scope of this Policy, "User's personal information" refers to:
1.2.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves during registration (creating an account) or while using the Service, including email address, first name, and last name.
1.2.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Service during its use via the software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Service), and technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the User.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
2.1. The Operator collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide the Service and to fulfill agreements and contracts with the User.
2.2. The Operator processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:
- Identifying the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with the Service (authorization, multi-account support);
- Providing the User with personalized services and fulfilling obligations under the License Agreement;
- Communicating with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Service, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
- Improving the quality of the Service, its usability, and developing new services (based on anonymized statistics);
- Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
3. Conditions for Processing Personal Information and Its Transfer to Third Parties
3.1. The Operator stores Users' personal information in accordance with internal regulations.
3.2. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained.
3.3. Payment Data. The Operator does not collect, process, or store Users' payment data (bank card numbers, CVC/CVV codes). Payment processing is handled by specialized processing centers certified under the PCI DSS standard. The Operator only receives a notification of the payment's success or failure and the parameters of the purchased subscription/license.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
- The transfer is necessary for the User to use a specific feature of the Service (e.g., sending an email);
- The transfer is required by law as part of a legally established procedure (e.g., in response to an official request from law enforcement agencies, a court, etc.);
- To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties in cases where the User violates the User Agreement.
4. Use of Cookies and Local Storage
4.1. The Service uses cookies and local storage data to ensure technical functionality and to collect analytical information.
4.2. Technical Cookies. The Operator uses the following types of cookies, which are necessary for the Service to function:
sessionId— a session identifier for automatic User authorization;sessionId_X(where X is an identifier) — to enable the functionality of logging into multiple accounts simultaneously (multi-login);lng— to save interface language settings.
4.3. Local Storage. The Service uses the appCache entry to cache application data in order to speed up loading and reduce network load.
4.4. Analytical Cookies. The Service may use third-party analytics services that can set their own cookies to collect anonymized statistics on website traffic, traffic sources, and User activity. The data collected by such services does not directly identify the User and is used exclusively for the purpose of improving the Service.
4.5. The User can change their browser settings at any time to block cookies or to be notified when they are sent. However, the User understands that blocking technical cookies (sessionId) will result in the inability to log in and use the core functionality of the Service.
5. Logging and Technical Data
5.1. The Operator's servers automatically record certain information sent by the User's browser when visiting the website. These server logs may include information such as the web request, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of the request.
5.2. This information is used exclusively to ensure the security of the Service, diagnose technical problems, administer the site, and prevent fraudulent activities (including unauthorized access and DDoS attacks).
6. Modifying and Deleting Personal Information
6.1. The User can modify (update, supplement) the personal information they have provided, or any part of it, at any time by using the personal data editing function in their account settings.
6.2. The User can also delete the personal information provided within a specific account by using the "Delete Account" function. Please note that deleting an account may result in the inability to use the Service and the loss of access to created content.
7. Measures to Protect Personal Information
7.1. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
7.2. The Service uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to transmit data between the User's device and the Operator's servers.
8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
8.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, the date of the last update is indicated in the current version. The new version of the Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
